WHO IS PHIL?

Phil is born out of Rest. He is expert at receiving from God because he is incapable of striving. Because he is only a small "stuffed" duck he is often overlooked and misunderstood, but he serves as an example to us all. Phil is comfortable with his weakness because he knows there is a much greater strength available to him. By soaking 24/7 Phil is always in the presence of God and his power and strength come from above. Because he is low and humble, weak and small - he is able to minister the love of the Father to others. Phil knows about strength in weakness and he knows that Love is a powerful weapon. As he soaks in the presence of God, he is filled with Love and he gives it away wherever he goes. Lives are being changed and broken hearts made whole. Yes! Truly he is a Super Soaker!

For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom His whole family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
